Lost & Damaged parcels
While we strive to ensure your item reaches you by utilising tracked deliveries and the best couriers, please understand that once we ship the item, we no longer have control over it. In the event that the item is lost or damaged, we can only provide compensation up to £50. To safeguard your purchase fully, we strongly recommend opting for parcel protection, which allows us to claim a complete refund for the product.

We’d like to clarify that we do not provide refunds for the services we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied with any item you’ve purchased, we’re happy to help you exchange it.
Exchanging will come at a fee. All shipping fees will be your responsibility.
Items purchased from the boutique stores are eligible for a refund. But any further reduced purchases can only be exchanged within a specific time frame.
Due to the high demand for discounted products, sizes can sell out quickly. If the item is available, we recommend confirming payments as soon as possible to avoid disapointment.
