How it works?

1. Contact us through our website's contact form.

 2. We'll schedule a free consultation call to discuss your specific needs. This can also be discussed through Whatsapp chat. 

3. Our team will shop on your behalf and create a customised PDF document showcasing options tailored to your style and requirements. 

4.Once you've made your selections, we'll handle the purchase and ensure your items are shipped or delivered directly to you.

Specific items?

If you are searching for a specific item, please send us a reference image via email, and we will do our best to locate it for you. If the item is available, we will email you an invoice detailing our price. 

For sourcing specific items, we will provide a quote for each product. Once you approve the price, an invoice will be sent to your email. Payment of this invoice is required before shipment.

All shipments are sent from the UK. International orders may incur import and tax fees determined by each country's regulations. These fees, enforced by customs, must be paid for delivery to occur and can be up to 20% of the item's value, though they may be lower or waived in some cases.

Damages/ Lost parcels

While we strive to ensure your item reaches you by utilising tracked deliveries and the best couriers, please understand that once we ship the item, we no longer have control over it. In the event that the item is lost or damaged, we can only provide compensation up to £50. To safeguard your purchase fully, we strongly recommend opting for parcel protection, which allows us to claim a can complete refund for the product. 

Other Important notes 

We’d like to clarify that we do not provide refunds for the services we offer. If you’re not completely satisfied with any item you’ve purchased, we’re happy to help you exchange it.

Exchanging will come at a fee of £35 per hour.All shipping fees will be your responsibility.

Items purchased from the boutique stores are eligible for a refund. But discounted products purchased from designer outlets can only be exchanged within a specific time frame.

Due to the high demand for discounted products, sizes can sell out quickly. If the item is available, we recommend confirming payments as soon as possible to avoid disapointment.

Please note that Tianista is not affiliated with any of the brands we shop. Therefore, while we strive to offer you amazing products, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or issues that may arise with your purchased items. However, many luxury items usually come with a warranty from the brand itself.
